Become a Referral Associate
Hang on to your real estate license without paying board dues!
TheVRI Referral is a subsidiary of BetterHomesUSA. It was designed as a separate brokerage company for those real estate licensees who do not wish to actively participate in the listing of or sale of real estate.
To become a member of VRI, one must hold a current real estate license. The VRI Associate works in a referring capacity only.
Upon receipt of a real estate buyer or seller lead, the VRI Associate calls the VRI Director at the toll-free number and provides the name, address, telephone number and email address of the individual or family who requires to purchase or sell a home anywhere in North America.
The VRI Director will match the prospect with a Sales Associate who is best suited to the prospect's personality and needs. The Vri Associate also has the option of referring the prospect to a Sales Associate of his/her choice.
Upon closing of the transaction, the VRI Associate will be compensated part of the commission. The process is simple because the VRI Associate does not participate in the listing or selling of real estate. A member's expenses are limited to the state real estate licensing fee (plus continuing education costs) and the low, annual membership dues of $95.
VRI Associates enjoy the professional support of all our Sales Associates in our offices nationally and internationally.
A full-time VRI staff is dedicated to supporting VRI Associates. VRI also understands the importance of offering ongoing education programs to assist VRI Associates in becoming successful. Seminars, quarterly newsletters and guidelines on obtaining and closing referrals are offered to the members.
A real estate license can be a good source of additional income. Membership in VRI offers an opportunity to earn referral commissions in an easy and convenient manner. It is also appealing as an entrée to a full time real estate career for those who are interested....its provides the opportunity to begin the process of building a customer base.
