  1. We immediately supply you with a true Market Value (CMA) Report with multiple comps and photos, free of charge. Otherwise known as "Broker's Price Opinion.
  2. We will advise you of the condition of the property and suggest any repairs needed to get it sold quickly. Then we will coordinate the repair process with your client.
  3. We will provide your client with "Client Counseling on Real Estate". One of our Objectives is to "take work off your plate" by providing real estate counseling to your clients. Your clients are faced with many decisions when they want to settle a trust or probate that contains real estate.

What do I need to do in order to get the property ready for market? What do I do with the furniture and personal mementos? How much is the property really worth on the open market? Who takes care of the lawn and watering? Should I paint or repair the property? What about the utilities?

If the trustee or administrator does not live near the property, it further compounds the difficulty.

I can answer your client's questions and provide real estate counseling to them so they are not constantly bombarding you with questions. Once I have earned your trust and received a referral to your client, I instruct the client to call me if there are any questions or concerns about anything real estate related. This will prevent you from being bothered with needless phone calls.
